Our honey is treatment-free and totally natural. We do not use any chemical treatments in the management of our hives. We manage our hives sustainably, only removing the surplus honey at the end of the season. We always leave enough honey for the bees to have food during the times when there may not be anything to forage on or the weather may be too cold to leave the hive. Pure honey may crystallize or granulate after time. This is a natural occurrence and in fact a proof that it is indeed pure unadulterated honey.
