item came with back edge of casing unattached. was willing to forgive until I saw the monitor was cracked. The screen wasnt cracked so I let it go. Couldnt get monitor to turn on because the power plug was missing. I only recieved one and you need two. Had to go buy one which irritated me. Then after getting everything sorted, I got the monitor to turn on and the screen is extremely blurry. It looks like youre looking at the screen through haze and anything light colored looks like its smeared. I paid extra because I needed a computer and wanted a monitor. I should have spared myself some money and just bought the tower alone. Will be shelling out another 100 bucks for a monitor so thats just icing on the crab cake.
