Warranty Issues

  1. If there is a manufacturing defect please call us at (234) 380-5495 or email at [email protected] for a required Return Authorization Number (RMA). Refer to this number on all correspondence.  Customer misuse does not qualify as a manufacturer defect.

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, RMA and the original purchase documentation.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include Pond Dyes and Pond Treatments.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
